LOUISVILLE KY, KENTUCKY -- In this most recent move on March 15, 2013, the items were only transported from Goshen to my current home fifteen miles away. During this incident damaged occurred to my previous and new residence. Also, I had to make over one dozen individual claims ranging from damaged furniture, structural damage, broken irreparable items, and “lost” items. Of greatest disappointment were the questionable ethics behind two items that “disappeared” and then to find out after 30 days these items were not ‘claimable.’ Equally unnerving was the behavior of their staff, which immediately following our discovery of the expensive missing item, sneaking off before we can assess their whereabouts. Unfortunately, we have also heard from Margaret’s own employees and contractors that there has been an increasing number of claims of damage being experienced by clients.

I am getting this message out to spare other customers of the same loss and disappointment I have experienced.

After complaining to other sites it appears Margaret's is using friends to add to reviews to combat the negative ones. Buyers beware.

After filing police complaint Margaret's doesn't know who she hired to move us. She uses day laborers with no background or reference checks. Buyers BEWARE.
