Children's Furniture - Complaint
TYLER, TEXAS -- Customer service within the store was fair, the sales representative wanted to use excuses to sell us on the product. Like she is real busy but wants to help us, or I will only help you guys till you are satisfied, but when we needed her help she was busy. Very inconsistent. We were shopping for two children's bed room sets. They were having a sale, but we had to ask about it. They did not offer the information while we were shopping. Matter of fact another sales representative had to tell us. We purchased based on the sale and then were told after 3 weeks that our furniture was back ordered another 2 weeks. I asked to have it canceled and for a refund. It has been 3 weeks since then 6 weeks since the furniture had been purchased.
We still do not have our refund. I believe that the focus for their business is not the customer it is strictly the money. The quality of product is fair at best.
