Customer Service - Complaint
TYLER, TEXAS -- I was convinced to try the products at my salon. I was very hesitant and not so eager. I went ahead because it was a friend that was selling it. This like other pyramid businesses are great while they last. I do not negate others experience with this product. I just am not going to pursue it any longer. When I called customer service to have them stop my service, I was told that I had unknowingly signed up for other services. (Read the fine print) I did not sign myself up so I trusted that all information had been told to me. I was a fool. I then asked them to stop all and because I was unaware of the fine print could they refund that service price to me. It was a total of $40. The CSR then said they could do one of the months, I then said lol what let me talk to your supervisor please. He put me on hold for 30 mins. Came back and asked to put me on there again because his supervisor was very busy. I said I was sorry but he just lost my business and that is crazy.
The reason I am writing this is buyer beware!! There are hidden fees and other costs that are not always defined. If I had not called today they would of continued to charge me for services I had no idea about.
