Comcast - Over 10 Years of Interrupted Service and Getting Worse
High Speed Internet / Phone - Complaint
HICKORY HILLS, ILLINOIS -- For over ten years we have had our internet and phones fail for hours at a time. Sometimes several times a day and sometimes on a daily bases for months. We even had the FCC investigate and the result was that Comcast had to put in a new line, still we have constant interruptions. With dozens of technicians sent to the house over the last decade, they still haven't figured out the problem. All they know is that it's somewhere along the lines outside the house.
The new kicker is that Comcast uses a new tech service support that tries to charge money. Not only that, the operators seem to be stationed in France. When I refused to pay for service that was once free, the operator became rude and obnoxious. I called our local office back and told them the situation and they informed me that they are not supposed to charge me for their service.
It truly makes me wonder how they can be in business at all. I know if I run my business like they do, I'd be closing my doors within a month.
