Walgreens Pharmacy Call Centers - Call Center Are a Risk to Health and Life
UNKNOWN -- I want you to know the Walgreen's call vented employee's have several mistakes in filling or not filling or filling the wrong medication.
You call them tell them whet medication to fill or refill and they might fill it but for me they have filled the wrong medication now 3 times and are very rude when confronted and then resistant to filling the requested refill correctly.....this caused delays in getting medication some times as much as a week placing my health and very possibly my life at risk. Then they talk down to me when I am trying to correct their mistake. They are being paid and take problem solving (not that they really try) outside their parameters again Interfering with my health care.....and if I do not wish to speak with them and wish to speak directly with my pharmacy well they get snotty. I plan to leave Walgreen's....Not because of the people here at my Walgreen's ( the folks at my Walgreen's are always helpful ) but because of the health interference of Walgreen's "call center". My health and life should not be placed in the balance by phone drones that can not do the job.
