Samsung Electronics America - They Have My Money I Do Not Have What I Paid For
J & J INTERNATIONAL this is the distributor for Samsung. - Complaint
RIDGEFIELD PARK, NEW JERSEY -- On 4/9/13 I ordered 3 parts for my brand new washer and dryer which are on pedestal drawers.
The parts I ordered were new front panels for the washer and dryer and a pedestal drawer that were damaged.
I paid for these in advance by credit card.
As of today 5/7/13 I still do not have what I paid for.
I received the parts that I ordered on 5/1/13 but only one part was correct the other parts were the wrong color and damaged. I called j & j international and they told me that they would e mail me the labels for return and gave me 2 ra numbers and that I would have them in 24 hrs and when they got the shipment back they would send me the correct 2 remaining parts.
The e mails never came with shipping labels, I have called and every time I call it is a different answer the latest now is that they put them in the mail.
I called samsung for assistance of which they screamed at me and said they have no control over it, I tried to explain that j& j is their supplier and can they not pick up the phone and make sure a customer of theirs is taken care of
apparently not, so now I have paid $631.50 To these people and I have a front panel to the dryer that is the wrong color and another damaged pedestal drawer and samsung will not help and j & j has taken my money and not delivered what I paid for and I cannot get any help.
My only alternative is to seek help with people like you and spread the word that samsung and j & j their supplier has stolen from me.
