Direct TV - No Direct Customer service...everything Costs More
We have been getting intermittent reception for nearly a week...call customer service and we get to do the trouble shooting.....I don't know what an HDMI cable looks like. TV on for 2o minutes at a time then it blacks out 3 seconds later on again...getting instructions by email to trouble shoot...$50 for a human being to come and more for a new receiver warrantied for only 90 days. retired on a fixed income. we have been good customers for over ten years! need a better alternative. NOT the techie generation. MUST have soccer channels, British husband. beware!
