LAKE CITY, FLORIDA -- What the sales representatives don't tell you when you apply for service is that you are limited to the amount of time you have per month. If you have ROKU or other download streaming devices for movies you can quickly run out of time and your Internet service slows down to the point it is unusable. Be advised that they will hide this detail from you when you apply for service.

A quick look on their website very clearly states that you get either 10GB, 15GB or 20GB per month on their service depending on the price plan you choose and even has a "guide" that tells you how much usage you can get out of each data allowance. eg - 20 GB/month will allow you to "Enjoy 30 hours of standard definition Netflix movies/shows
(7 hours hi-def)"

If you stream movies or otherwise use much data, your best bet would be to go with another internet provider that allows more data usage if that is an option for you. In my area AT and T allows 120GB a month with DSL and Comcast, which is what we use allows us 300GB a month. There are three computer users in my household and with online gaming and Netflix we are heavy data users and most of the time we don't even come close to using what Comcast allows us each month. 10GB to 20GB a month with Hughes net would never work for us and with price comparison Comcast is the much better choice in my opinion.
