DENVER, COLORADO -- For the second time UPS has returned an item I ordered to the shipper. Even though I requested it be sent 'no signature required', and have never had a problem in the 8 years I've lived here, the driver ignored that and sent it back. I knew I would be out of town, thus the request, but too bad. The representative was hard to understand (from somewhere other than U. S., and supervisor wouldn't help. Not only that, they charged the shipper to return it, and said it would be another charge to try again.
Nice scam, we don't do what you asked, and you will get charged shipping 3 times. I will no longer order from a vendor who ships UPS.
