Comcast Stinks! We Still Had to Pay Disconnecting Fee, Even Though We Could NOT Transfer Service!
Xfinity - Complaint
LEES SUMMIT, MISSOURI -- Problems began before we moved. We had about 10 channels that would come in fuzzy or not at all. They first told us that it was not their problem. It had to deal with how it was connected in the house or the cable line in the house. They would not come in to fix it. Finally, after we complained and complained about it, they came and discovered it wasn't in the house. No duh! It was the cable line ran to the house. They said because it was above ground, the cable was subject to the weather and caused disruptions to service whenever it rained or snowed. There was nothing much they could do.
SO, we finally bought a new house and wanted to transfer their bad service to our new house. We couldn't because it wasn't offered in that area. You all know what they did...they still charged us the disconnection fee. They do NOT care about the consumer what so ever! Don't walk, but run away from Comcast! Ugh!
