CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- The 'transition' from BankOne to Chase has got to be one of the phenominally mishandled transactions on record. I have been unable to get into my credit card accounts for months! Customer service has been transferred to India of course and each call to them makes me madder and madder. I have been a (in reverse chronilogical order) a Chase/BankOne/First Chicago/Bank of Ravenswood customer for 18 years. I'm just about ready to tell them to take my 3 checking, 2 savings and 2 credit card accounts and... you get the point. Anyone thinking of signing up with Chase at this point should be very, very cautious.
