I bought two orders from them and tried to cancel. They told me I had to call customer service. At 9:01, I called and robocall told me I was caller 3 with a ten minute wait. Three minutes later I was caller 2 with 1 minute wait. Another 3 minutes I was caller 1 with a 12 minute wait. At 12 minutes and 25 seconds Still no assistance.
This is like the "free"health products with auto delivery and when you cancel they do not cancel.
Do not buy from them. They are a ripoff. They make their money by telling you to call to cancel and then they never answer their phone.

I'd give them minus 50 stars but a 1 is as bad as I am allowed to rate these crooks

The website for this company warns you that there is a 10% cancellation fee, with a $10 minimum, in the event you cancel prior to shipping.

That alone would cause me to be double-dog sure I wanted whatever I ordered.

If I were in your shoes, I would sit on hold for an hour or two and run up their 800 number phone bill - the worst that could happen is they answer and you get what you are calling for.
