Dish Satellite - Dishonest And Refuse To Make It Right
Billing - Complaint
SALT LAKE CITY UTAH, OHIO -- Me and my wife ordered dish in feb 2013. We ordered dish we were lied to because they said that they bundled with century link. They said since we had a century link modem we could hook the internet up. Then we get told that they don't and we have to wait for two weeks to get internet. We had let them know that our kids went to a virtual school so we needed internet immediately.
We found out that dish lied to us again by saying that our bill would not be due for 40 days. They didn't tell us about discounts and how to get them to get the service that we ordered at the price they ordered them at. We told dish to disconnect channels and they didn't and still charged us for them. We were told that it is was our problem that dish didn't tell us about rebates and changing what we ordered. They said it was our fault we should watch our bill closer.
I will admit that they finally after three days on the phone and going up to the supervisors they made the programming ok. But they want us to pay for their mistakes on programming, and are going to suspend our service until we pay what we charged for and didn't order or want.
we called dish again today and they put us thruogh to the resolution team. they realized that they had double charged us but are still going to suspend us if we dont pay for the over billing saying that their system is automated. we asked why they couldnt change it we were met with a lot of uh uh uh. the resulotion team said they couldnt do anything about but put credits for next month. They couldnt even make a payment plan or anything.
