Customer Service Dept - Complaint
Ordered Frontline from them over a month ago. My charge card was immediately charged for items. Waited and waited; lots of phone calls to ask when product would arrive. Company NEVER even sent me any tracking information. Still have no product and no credit...and yes, they are quite apologetic, BUT give nothing except a lot of words. I think I will take this up with my Visa service.
If there is a rating of minus, then that is the rating I would give this company! I have WASTED HOURS on the phone with these people trying to get my product and all they did was ask me to WAIT, and continue to WAIT!
