Liquidation Channel - Inexperienced, Rude, Customer Service Reps...Impossible to Reach via Telephone
AUSTIN, TEXAS -- Recently began using the on-line auctions....one of my first orders did not arrive. Called C/S and was told she had no idea what happened to the items in question. Received a call back from someone else from C/S notifying me that they would be issuing a credit to Bill me Later but haven't seen it as post as of today's date. today I discovered another order apparently lost in the "black hole" but had billed immediately. Spoke with 2 C/S reps who were no help at all, asked to speak with a Manager....no Managers available. E-mailed Customer Service asking for someone to research my complaint...no reply to my e-mail. Sat on hold for more than 50 minutes this evening waiting for a C/S representative to answer at the call center but no luck. Left my telephone number for someone to call me back...Worse Customer Service staff I have ever dealt with. I have been a C/S manager for 20+ years and would have been fired years ago if I treated customer's this way.
Very, very disappointed with overall dealings with the Liquidation Channel, specifically on-line website. Looking more and more like a scam on the auction site.
