Buy.com Complaint - Horrible Refund and Customer Service Policy
Like many customers I was exited about buying from buy.com with their delivery promise of 3-5 business days. I bought a 42inch plasma tv on Dec 31st 2005 expecting in to be shipped in no more than 2 weeks. 4 weeks past and i decided to cancel my order. Thinking that my order was cancelled they call me to schedule a delivery a week later. I told them to return the item.
The it's been weeks and i have not received my refund. There is no support or customer service number except for a number in india. which a person keeps u on the phone and tells you he'll forward your complaint to corporate.
I've kept complaining through their web based support and keep getting automated messages.
At this point I am very frustrated. I hope this complaint would spark some kind of action by the public to not buy from this site and force them to hand over people's money that they are stealing.
