DENVER, COLORADO -- My phone was stolen but when the thief stole the phone, he or she left the SIM. I told T-Mobile and Asurion this and they're refusing to replace the phone despite the fact that the insurance agreement states "Phone" even says, and I quote "Lost or Stolen Phone" not "SIM" In fact eveywhere in this agreement they say phone not less than 800 times and mention SIM exactly ZERO times.

In the many conversation with both T-Mobile and Asurion they're claiming the insurance covers the SIM and not the phone.

I wil NEVER do business with this Company again and I suggest that you do not as well.

Small claims courts are made for this type of problem. You should try it.
