Wal-Mart - Walmart Employees Refuse to Do Their Jobs
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- I am a college student so I tend to grocery shop late and I went to Wal-Mart one night around 12:00 a. m. I finished my shopping around 1:30 a. m. and when I went to get in line, the cashier told me that I needed to go to a different line. I asked why because he had no one in his line and there were multiple others in this other line he had directed me to. He simply walked away when I asked him why. This was extremely rude and unprofessional. I left my cart in the line and followed him a little ways and then asked him why he refused to help me. He said he was tired and his shift was almost over. We were having this discussion in front of a man who looked like higher management and yet he never stepped in. I was amazed at how this business was being run and how I was being served. I left because it was late and I did not want to deal with that issue while having class the next day. This complaint needs to be taken seriously and something has to be done about the professionalism of Wal-Marts employees. This kind of attitude has been at every Wal-Mart I have been to in every city. This is obviously a upper management issue and needs to be dealt with.
