INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- I have a every 3 month top off I have been receiving voice-mails I never had that service, before I called today I had 40.35 already on the account, when I made my top off of 20.00 they told me including my top off today I had 38.15 that is not correct and I want my account credited with my 40.35 right away. I do not like to be cheated my number is 317-250-6626.

It's not a good idea to post your phone number on a public website. You might want to edit your review and remove it.

Voicemails deduct total from your balance I think. Unless you have an unlimited minute plan...

I have a Virgin Mobile cell phone (prepaid minutes) which I seldom use. Emergencies and that sort of thing and only as a backup. Yes, you are charged for all those calls or at least I am. It's probably only 17 or 18 cents a minute but still aggravating since no one has my cell phone number. At least it beats having a contract I can't get out of.
