Boost Mobil - My Phone

CALIFORNIA -- I've been a customer of boost for more then a year..I bought a zte warp phone..my phone sucks [snip]. It freezes it looses internet connection. I have to take the battery out 3 times a day. I went to boost Mobil. they told me it's your towers..that their working on them.. I've been patent. It's been a year. How long will it take..deeply disappointed with my provider..
