RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA -- Ivan is a BLASTED Liars about work they said they performed and they did not. Simple thing about and Oil Change. Poor customer service.

Plus they they were rude to my friend shame on you worse customer service ever they need to get an Ethics class, and work on improving customer service classes, to gain my trust here.

Beware this service department is a joke Low down dirty shame. Ivan always wear that bitter beer face look when you have to ask him a question of concerns about my XF 2012 once you buy your car from them, they will not help you at all. They are straight up garbage. It takes 2 weeks to get the parts to this store. Never would I go back to this place is depressing.

Hope Corporate fix these dirt bags and improve there moral and promote excellent customer service here soon.

Your review would better serve your purpose if you included details to your encounter. What work was not done and charged for? How was the employee rude? What part did you need that took 2 weeks to get? Inquiring minds want to know.
