I did not receive the automatic shipment for refills for Nephrocaps and allopurinol; so I had a new prescription mailed to them at the Cincinnati address on April 20, 2013. To date I have not received the medications. I contact them via 1-800-379-0092 approx. 10:30 a. m today. I was informed to hold three times while the clerk sought the correct information. Then she was unable to give me any reason why the former prescription had not been refilled nor why the new prescription had not been filled. I informed her that I could wait no longer and that she should telephone me when she located the information. It's 2:00 p. m. and still no response. I was involved in pharmaceuticals for thirty years and I could train a chimpanzee to be more efficient...at a much lower cost.
