Yahoo Has No Customer Service
Classic Mail - Complaint
I have had my Yahoo account for many years. That means every account or business link I have is associated with that address. I have had trouble with it being hacked when I travel to Tel Aviv, about once or twice a month. I have done all the security related tasks to try and stop it and I thought I had it under control.
Without warning or any questions to me, Yahoo blocked my account. Fine, block it, help me stop the spamming, let me change addresses with a mail forwarding function so that I can still use email. I have emailed them FOUR times on the help link provided on their website. I have called TWICE and been told that I have to go through the email link on the website. How many responses have I gotten? None, zilch, zero, nada, nil.
I was told when I called the second time that after a certain period of time all my saved emails will be deleted and lost forever. Saved emails that were saved because they were important to me, gone. Add that to the fact that all my bookmarks are associated with that sign in so those are gone as well.
Does anyone have any way to actually speak with someone who can help? This has to be the most frustrating, absurdly bad customer service I've had to deal with ever. Because it's an email company it's just ridiculous that they don't ever reply to your emails!
