Halleen Kia Dealership - Will Not Honor Warranty

CLEVELAND, OHIO -- I have a 2011 Kia Sorrento under 20,000 miles. I went shopping on a very hot day, when I came out the knobs on the dash board were melted. The Kia dealership will not honor their warranty which is 100,000 miles/10 years bumper to bumper.

They were very rude, and tried to blame me for it. I've never had that happen to any of the cars I've owned.

I've never heard of that problem and I've lived in very hot desert climates. Anyway, try 800 - 333 - 4KIA (4542), this is there main customer service number. If you have pictures of the problem that would help if you email them. Good luck.
