Car Rental - Complaint
LYNCHBURG -- I went to rent a car at 8pm on Friday the 17 of May. The car I was given did not have cruise control. I was told by the guy at the counter and the manager that the only way to get cruise control is to upgrade. That was a lie. I just rented from this location two weeks ago and the car I rented had cruise control for the grade I was renting. I also noticed that they had cars in their Hertz parking spaces with cruise control. The guy at the counter was rude and gave me the impression that he was racist.
