Pa.net - Horrible Customer Service-Condescending Attitude--Combative personel

MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- We had numerous horrible experiences with Pa. net. Several outages of 4 or more days--one was 6 days in length--they go home without fixing service outages for their customers. They always blamed Verizons lines and every time it was not Verizons fault. We had 2 modem boxes exchanged (via snail mail) and with all of our outages we had received a whopping $2.22 credit.

We were told that the owner of this small Pennsylvania company would not speak to customers. Once when the owner accidently answered my phone call, I was told in a condescending voice "go to another provider if I wasn't satisfied and stop complaining to my techs". I tried to remind them of their motto "hometown internet you can count on", but most of the techs could not even name the motto when queried, let alone, enforce it. Probably the most condescending and combative corporate culture I have ever experienced. DO NOT use this company--you will be sorry.
