LAKELAND, FLORIDA -- ATT has lost their compassion and common sense. I have been a customer since I was 18. I spoke with them yesterday regarding my payment, there was an issue and I didn't want to make it until they cleared it up. I had gone to the store Friday evening, however the gentlemen in the store said they do not handle bills and I had to call customer service, so I did yesterday. We got everything squared away and I was going to make my payment. Due to the bad weather yesterday, I went in this morning and made payment. Over 1 day, 1 day! They will not reinstate my service. I just basically wasted my time and money. Now, after paying my bill, rather than having cell phone service, I'm going to have to pay a $175 termination fee and go to another carrier after being a loyal customer for so long. Over 1 day!!!!

What should their cutoff be? 2 days? 5? If you're late, you're late. You didn't waste your time or money, you simply paid them for the service that they provided you.
