Budget - The Staff Didn't Know What They Were Talking About.
Customer Service - Complaint
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I booked a minivan through Priceline and I had no problems with them. Priceline clearly stated that I needed to coordinate car seat rentals with Budget so I called them to do so. I called to see how much they were and the representative said that both of the car seats were already added to my order and that I would not have to pay anything additional. This didn't seem right to me so I called again and talked to another representative and they told me the same thing. When we got to Orlando they charged us $150 for two car seat. We could have bought new car seats for that! Had we known they would be this much, we would have just brought our own. At this point we were stuck at the airport with two kids without car seats or we had to pay this fee. When I called Customer Service all they said was that they had to charge for the car seats and that there was nothing they could do for me. I will never use Budget again! Their staff doesn't know what is going on so you get overcharged even though they don't tell you about it.
