Travelocity - DO NOT use this service!! Worst experience ever! Customer service is terrible!
SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- There was a mistake that was made to my travel plans (cant confirm if it was my fault or theirs) however, when I called and asked for help they told me if the Hotel was willing to fix the mistake they would change the reservation. The hotel was willing to help and asked for a fax from Travelocity confirming the changes. Here is where the problem starts. First they said they would put me on hold for 5 minutes to send the Fax, 36 minutes later I am still on hold in the Lobby of the hotel and no fax has been sent. I finally get a supervisor and explain the situation, he them puts me on hold to send the Fax, this time I was on hold for 50 minutes, all in all I was on hold with all my luggage in the lobby for over an hour and a half, when they finally sent the info, Travelocity offered 25.00 for my trouble, I did not want their 25.00, I wanted to be treated fair and received the help I was requesting. I will note that everyone I spoke with was from another country and acted as if they really didn't care about my situation.
To add insult to injury, when I asked the hotel how much it would cost to book another room, IT WAS CHEAPER THAN WHAT I PAID WITH TRAVELOCITY!
I will never ever use this service again!
