ORLEANS, MASSACHUSETTS -- This morning I discovered a virus attacked my computer. Being a sales rep, I am dependent on my computer. I called ahead and spoke to your GM BRIAN, told him the problem. He said to ask for ALEX, the senior certified tech.

When I arrived, Brian and I introduced ourselves and prompt notified Alex. Alex was aware of my problem and immediately proceeded to analyze, decipher and most important, fix the problem is a very short time.
I was very impressed for two reasons:
1. Your GM, Brian, took his time to let Alex know of my situation, which shows he cares
2. Alex's expertise in solving the issues.
I bought my GATEWAY at Staples, and I am glad I did.
