Mobil Device Protection Association - Would Not Reimburse Money
RESTON, VIRGINIA -- I ordered my phone through a retailer on line when I went through the prompts during the ordering process I assumed the wireless protection was through my cell phone company. Didn't know I was purchasing another plan. Already paying for coverage through my cell phone provider. Their initial sales talk to keep the coverage sounded good until you start looking through the guidelines. Almost sounded like you needed to file a police report to get the phone covered and no water damage period covered...no Thanks! I was 5 days over my 30 days of membership and they would not reimburse me. I seriously had no idea what I signed up for. I know it was only $6.99 and I should be grateful that's all it was but it's the principle of what happened to good customer service. I don't think many company's know what that is anymore.
