Mobil Device Protection Association - Would Not Reimburse Money
RESTON, VIRGINIA -- I ordered my phone thru a retailer on line when I went thru the prompts during the ordering process I assumed the wireless protection was thru my cell phone company. Didn't know I was purchasing another plan. Already paying for coverage thru my cell phone provider. Their initial sales talk to keep the coverage sounded good until you start looking thru the guidelines. Almost sounded like you needed to file a police report to get the phone covered and no water damage period covered...no Thanks! I was 5 days over my 30 days of membership and they would not reimburse me. I seriously had no idea what I signed up for. I know it was only $6.99 and I should be grateful that's all it was but it's the principle of what happened to good customer service. I don't think many company's know what that is anymore.
