Coach - Failure of Service
Leather Backpack - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I have a Coach leather backpack. One of the zippers on the outstide compartment broke, the inside pocket needed to be restiched and the loop on the outside top of the bag became undone. I took the bag back to the Houston store & paid the shipping fee to have the bag sent to their repair facility. Three weeks later I am informed that the backpack can not be repaired and was returned to me. I was told that if you ever need service just bring it back. They did provide me with a gift certificate but since they don't make that backpack anymore the certificate is worthless. I was willing to pay the premium price for a premium product and expected premium service. I don't believe that I will make that mistake again.
