JCPennys - Jewelry Department Ripping People Off
CONROE, TEXAS -- I have to say I am very unhappy with the jewelry department in Conroe TX. I bought my husband a gold necklace about a year ago I purchased the three year protection plan on it. The first one I took back the cashier asked me if I wanted to exchange it instead of sending it in to get fixed. So here it is three months later and the gold necklace that they exchanged has almost broke again. I take the necklace back today 5-23-13 and worker said that I could probably get my money back but when the manager got over there he said he could put it on a gift card for me this defeats the purpose of my husband having his necklace back. i wanted to just exchange it for a rope chain but they spiked the price way up since I bought his.
I wanted to get my money back so I could go somewhere else so I could get him a necklace somewhere else that wouldn't keep breaking and having a store to have better customer service and help your customers and not there selves.
