Customer Service Department - Complaint
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Basically like everyone else, I was trying to save a couple of dollars when I reserved a car through carrentals.com. I arrived to pick up the car that was reserved and was told that it wasn't anymore cars available and because I prepaid I could not get my money back. I spent a great amount of time looking up a customer service phone number so that I could speak with a live person, however it's no number you can only contact them through email (bummer) I am very frustrated with this entire ordeal.
I understand the no refund/change or modify stipulations however it wasn't any cars available!!!! Why is this my fault?
