Kentucky Fried Chicken - Staff Member Obviously Couldn't Care Less
LINCOLN -- Visited Nettleham Fields, Lincoln, Lincolnshire at approx 21.00hrs this evening. ordered 4chicken strips meal deal, 2 piece original recipe chic, 1 individual corn cob and small coleslaw. Bill came to £10.36. Wasn't given a receipt. a rather sullen member of staff pushed a food bag in our direction (we were the only customers in the restaurant) she didn't say a word, turned her back and started spraying the equipment behind the service counter with what I presume was cleaning fluid. We left. When we arrived home the coleslaw was missing, the drink cup was only half full, the chicken was dry.
As a student years ago I used to work in the High Street branch part time. I enjoyed my time there, ensured customers felt welcome and got everything they paid for, consistently. I don't want to appear anal and check my order every time I fancy a Kentucky, but this is about the 5th time I arrive home without coleslaw! Don't you train your staff to at least pretend they care?
