Target - Online Orders Lack Important Info, and Horrible Online Customer Service
ONLINE -- I bought towels online and they disintegrated in the washer and dryer, made a mess. I returned them and Target refused the return because they had been washed! I called, someone in Philippines answered, they could not transfer me to anyone in U. S. Email support is also horrible, probably foreign. I was told the towels had to be returned online, not to the store. This was stated on my packing slip, NOT when I placed the order. Service was horrible, item was horrible, Target does NOT guarantee satisfaction, does not accept defective items, and does not state specific return policy for specific items.
