Priceline.com - Horrible. Poor Customer Service, Fraudulent Business Practices
I reserved a hotel through Priceline, which awarded me a hotel outside of the area I selected (approximately 15 MILES from the location I wanted). It was in Priceline's own hotel listing OUTSIDE the area I selected. Priceline refused to refund the transaction. This will be the LAST TIME I'll use Priceline for anything... canceling our business account as well.
