ST PAUL, MINNESOTA -- I had this insurance for a couple years now. I had been calling and writing letters about my problems and they did not respond back nor changed the mistakes they do! I don't even get their auto insurance cards in the mail anymore. Its like they mail it whenever they want to. I don't even feel like I am covered from them anymore! But no more, I am going to change my insurance and will no longer be with this company.

It's too bad that so many people are going through so much problem and this company can't do their job properly. Well you can kiss all your customers good bye! I hope you lose business soon if you can't be professional and do your job right!

What company? What problems, other than cards not coming when you expected (which is a problem)?
