Enterprise Rental Cars - Damage I Didn't Do
SUV - Complaint
KING GEORGE, VIRGINIA -- We recently needed to rent a car due to someone hitting our new Soul. My husband went to Enterprise, upon arriving he noticed several customers trying to be helped and 1 salesman. He finally got the car and noticed how dirty it was, Va. had just had a freak snowstorm the week before. He walked around the car with the Rep and both agreed there were NO signs of damage.
During the 2 days we had the car it rained and the car was semi clean. He drove the car for 2 days to Quantico which is surrounded by security cameras. Upon returning the now clean car the Rep said there was damage to the hood of the car that could only be seen while sitting in the passanger seat. My husband looked again and could not see ANY damage, he then took pictures and still we could see no damage. We called Corporate to tell them the situation, picked up a dirty care returned a clean car. We are postive if the car would have been clean we may have seen the supposed damage.
The bottom line is if you don't purchase THEIR insurance you will be charged with damage you did not do. This has cost us over 400.00 for something we did not do. Pass the word along to everyone you know, they will get you!
