DOWNINGTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA -- My wife and I were looking for a new computer. We were looking to replace our 12 year Dell. The newest Dell was too advanced for our computer skills and the touch screen was a turn-foo for my wife. We were at the Staples in Downingtown looking for a rubber stamp when we decided to look at the computers. Mike B. came over and after a few questions he thought he knew what we would comfortable using. He was right. We purchased a Dell 660 tower.

Mike made sure that all of the information contained on our old hard drive was transferred to the new one. He answer all of our many questions and was very patient with us. It was a real pleasure dealing with all of the support staff at the Downingtown Staples besides Mike we wish to thank Leliana and Damien for mall of their help.

If you haven't told the Staple's manager personally by phone or at the store of this employee, I suggest you do so. As for Windows 8 I think it is wise for most people to stay away from. I bought two desktops and 1 laptop last year before Windows 8 came out because I knew from using the Beta version it was a dud. Good luck with your computer.
