Empire Carpet - Rescheduled Twice
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I scheduled an online appointment for empire free estimate. The first appointment was on a Saturday time between 6-8. I ask if they could come closer to 7. They said no problem. It was about 7:50 when I was just about to call them to see how much longer, my other lined rung with an empires representative stating that the contractor was still with another customer and would need to reschedule. I reschedule for Wednesday between 7-9. I hadn't heard from empire, so I called about 7:20. I was told that the sales representative was with another customer and would call me soon. It's ow 8:35, no call. I call customer service to check on appoint and low and behold while I'm talking to one service person, another calls me and states the sales representative is still with a client and it would be past 9:00 before he or she got here. I explained that this is the second time and I felt that must get lots of business and don't need my money. They wanted to reschedule. I said no thank you. I will take my business else where. Never again. I would be a fool to schedule another appointment and wait. My time is precious and not to be wasted. It was just interesting that every time I called Empire would call me on the other line. Huh!
