Bosch Dishwasher And Hp Processor - Complaint
SAN FERNANDO, CALIFORNIA -- T/f 4x's re new Bosch dishwasher not washing. Rep did a hands in pockets evaluation advising me to turn up heat on water heater to solve problem. Was not resolved. Left many t/f messages for mgr to call-- no response. Tags still on dishwasher as I believed with good housekeeping seal of approval, they would replace this new Bosch. T/f bb hdqtrs, Bosch, went in to speak to bb mgr and told me I had to deal w/Bosch. Bosch;s policy-- respond only if I paid for srv call and repairs.
Ditto complaint for bb re hp. You have to go to store to speak to mgr and then they alert you that if you did not buy their warranty plan there is nothing they can do. Seems as they do not respond--then warranty has expired! Tried to explain unable to take in defective dishwasher or reboxed hp as I had surgery and ill and hired a man & truck. Answer:-no ext warranty, nothing they could do....Not the Bosch of Germany I was familiar with. Very disappointed, especially earning gh seal.
