Comcast - 3 Phone Calls & They Can't Register Serial # of Adapter in Bedrm, Hence No Picture on Tv
PENNSYLVANIA -- In moving & transferring service, downsized from 2 bedrm TVs to 1. Tech who setup new equipment failed to notate only 1 adapter in 1 bedroom. 1st call I gave them serial# on the 1 adapter we have & next day bedrm TV has no picture or sound. Gave message saying not activated. 2nd call waited 30 minutes to get a representative on the phone who I had to give serial# again. He was very helpful, got the TV working immediately, and noticed 1st representative wrote on ticket to cancel the wrong serial#.
Very next night the bedrm TV NOT working again. 3rd call waited 20 min to get a representative who suggested I drive 45 min to nearest Comcast center so they can see the serial# on the adapter. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We all better keep the competition going because we are all screwed if Comcast ends up being the only provider. TERRIBLE SERVICE. For all I am paying for the triple play & this is how I'm treated.
