Comcast - Charging For Not Received Services Terrible General Service
SPRING, TEXAS -- Spring, TX. During 6 months we had to pay for a service we never got since connected it. They made all kind of excuses and sent some technicians that of course could solve the issue since the problem wasn't the line but a service they never connected! We were even given a phone number that never existed.
Most of the customer service people were atrocious in their treatment to us, and always refuse to give us credit for the 6 months of "service" we paid for and never fully got. They even told us it was our fault for not canceling our account sooner, that basically we were the stupid ones for believing in them, for trusting the company, its people and its lies.
Enough. Today we are CANCELING!!!!!
