Kimbrel's Furniture - Store Manager Hangs Up on Customer

ANDERSON, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Purchased furniture for my sick mother on Saturday, May 11th.
Was told by Sales Manager, Mark it would be in 7-10 days but usually it is 4days. Now I know this is business days. Furniture should have arrived no later than the 24th of May.

No show, No call! The furniture did not arrive until the 28th of May and when my mother was contacted by Wendy she scheduled a delivery for May 31st. When my mother did not receive the furniture, she called the store. She was told Wendy was not there and that she was schedule for Saturday June 1st. My mother told them that Wendy called her back and changed the day. She did not!

Upon hearing this, I called the store myself and spoke to the Store Manager, Tanya. After listening to her lies, I requested the name of her Superior and a Contact number. The UnProfessional Manager hung up on me.Customer Service this is not.

I had to go on line to find the owner and corporate offices of this company.
Unless you want to give your hard earned money to nasty people, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
