KISSIMMEE, FLORIDA -- On March 29, 2013 I ordered a window insert from Lowe's in Kissimmee, Fl and the window arrived April 4th. Had it installed by a contractor, window look great so a day or so go by and a rain storm came up and that window leaks like crazy. So I go back to Lowes they order another window. Had that window installed - it leaks. Also been calling Jeldwen Windows for a while
no one has came to my house to look at this defected window.

Just got a voice mail from Tim saying no one else never had problems and the management was denying this claim and it is now May 31st and I been calling before Memorial day and his voice mail still saying we will be closed on Monday. Problem still unresolved and we are now in the rainy season in Florida.

And I told him that the window isn't sealed and he tells me that may be the measurements are wrong or wrong door and it fits perfect just leaking around the glass, to add bad customer service.

All I ever get is his voicemail call it for yourself and see-641-269-1916.

I suggest continuing to pursue the matter further with Lowes as you never got a properly functioning product.
