BENTON, ALASKA -- I won an auction for a 55" LG HDTV. After charging my credit card & notifying me that my TV had shipped, I was unable to get any tracking information from Sam's or Seko World Wide, I was told that the item was out of stock & I would receive a refund. Sam's continued to auction of the same item for the next month, so it was not out of stock. The refund was $80.33 short of what I was charged and after a month I that has not been corrected after much time time & many telephone calls.

I am very un-trusting of SAMS CLUB, after many years membership.

I suggest disputing the credit card charge as you are entitled to a full refund when you are not given your merchandise.

I didn't know Sam's Club even did online auctions.

What was their explanation as to why you were not refunded $80.33?

As another suggested, you might dispute this with your CC company if it isn't too late.

This is why you always pay with a credit card in these situations---you can dispute the charge. You seem to have the required proof of a valid dispute. Follow thru with the card company.

The problem is they are only out of stock when the winning bid is too low.

Finally received refund to my credit card. Still not happy, happy happy with the lack of good customer service and mistakes not being handled in a timely manner.
