I recently purchased a Quantro 2 combination machine on 5/18/2013. Specifically on that date as it was the last day for the rebate to get a $300 Visa card, only to now find that I missed the 6/1/2013 postmark date.

I didn't see the date, didn't know there was a tight window, and when I tried to call the number on the form it was wrong. It is missing 1 number, and I have been spinning my wheels trying to get someone to extend the deadline.

Yes, my fault, but jeez! A customer spends big bucks and no one bothers to be considerate and make exceptions. We're talking 3 days past. I'm so disappointed in their customer service.

If you have a problem with the machine, or decide to add something to the attachments - then that is an opportunity to see what customer service can do for you.
You read the deal carefully enough to decide to purchase on the last date of the deal, it was your responsibility to ensure the next steps were done correctly.
I too would be frustrated if I bought an expensive machine thinking the rebate would help defray the costs. You could write and send photo of the incomplete number and see if you get some positive response.
