SF, CALIFORNIA -- I was in an all out bidding war for a week, I finally Win the item for my client and literally MOMENTS later before I could pay the item disappeared! apparently it was flagged as an inappropriate item, an AIRSOFT GUN, but it's a STAR WARS REPLICA?!?! How can they flag a science fiction item, it doesn't EXIST?!?! I was poorly informed by 2 gentlemen who barely grasped the English language that IF the item is ALLOWED after investigation then it can be REPOSTED, meaning I'll have to bid on it ALL OVER AGAIN. Completely unprofessional, unwilling to help me AT ALL, and was REFUSED when I asked to speak to a supervisor. WTF?!
At some point in the chain of command in their customer service is there no competent ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEES?! I literally spend THOUSANDS of dollars on eBay, it a HUGE resource for my business. This incident has cost me $200 out of my pocket. Where's the compensation?! ahhhh eBay... where the customers always WRONG.
