Dish Tv - Payment Made, but Not on My Account, Service Stopped

About one year ago I accepted an offer by Discover card to autopay my monthly Dish payment. Dish got their wish for me to go paperless and get guaranteed payment. I get about $10 rebate per year from Discover. Discover has paid for 6 months of payments from January through May - Dish doubled billed in April and were paid for both times. Dish now owes me money. Dish claims no payments for April or May were made because their billing to Discover was denied. Discover says no payments were denied.

Now Dish says I must pay them 2 months of the back payments. On June 3 Dish cut off my service. Discover will not contact Dish and Dish will not contact Discover. My prior experience with Dish has been that they are mostly incompetent so I have no doubt that the whole fault belongs with Dish.
